I specialize in working with individuals through
somatic coaching, a specialized method that works through the body
(soma) to create and support change.
By working with me you can:

One-on-One Coaching
I work with individuals to support them in aligning their actions
with their values and to make authentic, meaningful contributions in
their personal and professional lives.
Coaching sessions typically are 60 to 90 minutes and can be done in
my office in Petaluma, California or by telephone.
Somatic Bodywork
Somatic bodywork is a hands-on, fully clothed process that breaks up
physical armoring in the body. This work allows people to see and
feel where they are contracted and learn how they can change their
bodies to be a bigger offer in the world.
Each session is approximately one hour. Sessions may be held in my
office in Petaluma or at suitable locations within a half-hour's
drive of Petaluma.
I am also available to work at selected retreats and conferences.

Specialized Business Coaching for Procurement
Professionals
With deep experience in procurement, I offer
specialized consulting and coaching services to individuals in
this field. I incorporate somatic coaching to enhance a
procurement professional’s abilities to reduce costs and create
powerful relationships with suppliers.
I bring 30 years of business experience to my
coaching practice. I have 25 years of procurement experience,
which includes negotiation skills, supplier management skills
and internal and external team-building skills. I worked 17
years with a software development company, where I became the
procurement manager for all services. |
