Remember a time when fear or lack of confidence stopped you

Feel what happens in your body -- shallow breathing or tight shoulders

Imagine you as the focal point of the world that you have just created

It is just you shouldering or holding this challenge -- like a weight lifter who has lifted too much weight

Now take a deep breath and relax your shoulders and belly

Imagine your world moving out into concentric circles to something bigger than you — nature, the heavens, your family, your community — those structures that help support you by reaching out and helping to hold the weight that you have taken on.

Now ask yourself, Do I feel a stronger sense of confidence? Has the fear begun to dissipate? When I open to support, does this challenge become more of a possibility?
